Transport between Terminals Barcelona Airport
Passengers can transfer between terminals at Barcelona Airport by free shuttle buses.
Free shuttle buses operate between terminals
Travel time from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 is about 10 minutes, whilst travel time from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1 is 14 minutes. Plan accordingly.
Schedule
Buses run 24 hours and vary its frequency according to the hour of the day:
- From 08:00am to 08:00pm, every 5 minutes
- From 05:00am to 08:00am and from 08:00pm to 00:00am, every 7 minutes
- From 00:00am to 05:00am, every 10 minutes
Location
Bus stops are located outside both terminals:
- Terminal 1: Outside Level 0 (Arrivals Area), at Level 3.
- Terminal 2: Outside T2B, below the bridge. And Terminal T2C.
(between 00:00 to 5:00 shuttle buses doesn’t stop at level 3 of T1).

Between T2 to T1: 14 minutes
Between T2 A and T2 B:2 minutes walking
Between T2 B and T2 C:5 minutes walking, 1 minute by shuttle bus.
